will explore ourselves through self-awareness, communication, play, and movement allowing us to see more fully how we show up with others and how we hold ourselves back.  We all have ways we do this, and while we can study our patterns on our own, our patterns get amplified in relationship.  Through interacting with others mindfully, we can witness ourselves more fully, express our deeper truth, and change how we show up leading to deeper and more meaningful relationships with ourselves and with others.

In this workshop, you will have fun, dive deep, and gain valuable tools for better relationships.

• This is the first workshop in a series exploring this topic.  You can come to any and all of them. If you miss one, you can still join in.  We will explore this theme from many different angles with different experiences each workshop.
• Come by yourself, with a partner, a friend, or any random person on the street.  You will have an opportunity to work with them, but not exclusively.
